Rabštejn Castle near Bedřichov - Research of the North Part of the Compound

The article summarises earlier as well as recent knowledge about the ruins of Rabštejn Castle near Bedřichov (Šumperk District). The main focus is put on the north part of the existing compound where, as stated by the author, wasthe original medieval core and the lower castle. The latest information comes from partial operational research that the author carried out between 2017 and 2019. In addition, the work publishes selected finds including medieval and modern castle reconstruction events. The article concludes with an attempt to interpret the findings and include them into the building development of Rabštejn Castle.
