Former Watermill in Hrubšice near Ivančice

Archival research, building history resulting from findings, and dendrochronology enable to date the earliest preserved stage of the watermill's construction in 1613 when the Lords of Lipá possessed the domain. Hrubšice Watermill is precious evidence of a small farming facility of the nobles equipped with a rather complex artistic decoration that is rarely encountered in aristocratic mills and other agricultural compounds.
