Gothic-Renaissance stonemason artwork in house no. 510/I in Havel Town in Prague and its relation to Louis Wing at Prague Castle

A collection of Gothic-Renaissance details, which came from reconstruction of a mid-13th century house, is present in house no. 510/I in the Old Town of Prague. The details are made of marlstone, sandstone, and bricks. Two portals show analogous profiles as the portals of the Louis Wing at Prague Castle. An inscription features the date 1537. The house may have been erected by Jan Hlavsa of Liboslav († 1534) or more likely by his son. This information contributes to the idea of bringing Renaissance stonemasonry from Prague Castle to the city environment during the first half of the 16th century.
